We allow returns and exchanges (minus any return shipment costs that you incur). Exchanges will require a second shipment fee. Please double check your measurements and ask us any questions beforehand so we can help you make a confident purchase. Please email us if you would like to start the return process.
If your Quilt Hanger order arrives with defects or damages, please reach out to us immediately within a week from arrival. Please email us and include photos. We will help you with the exchange process.
